cPanel Preferences

Change Language – It’s possible in cPanel to have the interface appear in different languages. Simply select your language from the dropdown menu and click change.

User Manager – The user manager allows you to use the same username and password for different subaccounts such as an email or ftp.

The icons on the right allow you to specify what services the user has access to including email, ftp or the file system. 

You can control the data quota for each service. The FTP configuration allows you to set the home directory. The disk access user can have a home directory set and whether they have read-only or read-write access.
